I just had a potential bride contact me about a wedding cake. She only wants the top tier to be real cake, the other 2 tiers would be dummies. I'm not quite sure how to charge for something like this, since I've never had this question asked. I know I would have to charge for materials and time to decorate, but I'm kind of at a loss. Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Styrafoam is just as costly as cake ingredients. Most of the cost of cake comes from the frosting and decorating time/skill. I tell my brides the price is the same.
