im new on this ..can i put fondant on top of it ? is made with egg whites and i bdont know i just want to be able to have a good frosting for my fondant cake idk wich one is the best? :S and can i put like strawberry filling if i put the frostng in the edge/?

If you are referring to Italian Meringue Buttercream, it is considered a very good and stable buttercream. Swiss Meringue Buttercream is good too.
You can use a strawberry filling but should dam the edges of each layer to hold the filling in.
