I made a royal icing and when I try to do a star border it totally runs! You can't tell a shape- it looks like a blop! Any ideas what to do?
That happened to me once. I beat it for another 10 mi urea and it stiffened up pretty good. Or, maybe you added too much liquid?
Mi urea=minutes. Darn iPad!
thanks...i ended up mixing it more and then adding a bit more powdered sugar.
