I'm interested in making a cake similar to the one I've attached. It will be my first "real" cake gig for a bridal shower. If I make this cake, how would I slice it to serve? It seems that once I start to slice into the skirt part of it, I need to have a stopping point so guests don't get a really long piece. I just don't want to make a mess with fondant everywhere. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
