What would be the best way to make a track, out of gumpaste or modeling chocolate? Can you paint or dye chocolate? I have to make a track, ski's and a steering wheel out of a hardened material, but not sure what works best.
I haven't worked with chocolate yet, but my experience with gum paste is that it drys brittle, I don't want anything to break on me.
