How many days in advance can we prepare and keep the frosting?Is it okay to refrigerate it a couple of days in advance?
We make BC and cream cheese frosting in bulk and keep it in the fridge for up to a month. Our frosting is based on shortening and margarine so if you use butter the shelf life might be different.
Thanks Jason_Kraft! I use butter only. I am guessing a couple of days in advance should still be okay?Also,when you remove it from the refrigerator do you re-beat it or use as is?
