I made some strawberry shortcake colorflow faces to put on some cupcakes, the woman is picking them up today to pass out tomorrow, will the color flow do ok in the fridge on top of the (non dairy) whipped frosting? I dont want it dissolving on her

If the cupcakes form condensation when they come out of the fridge it can melt the color flow.

Color flow pieces usually don't work well in the fridge.
