Hi, I want to decorate a Thxgiving cake with some edible pumpkins. Does anyone have a tutorial for buttercream pumpkins to put on top of my cake.

I've never actually seen buttercream pumpkins done, but I think you could use a large round tip and pipe a ball. If it's a crusting buttercream you can go back after it crusts and add the indentations all around the pumpkin. Then use a small round tip to pipe a stem.

If you pipe them with a star tip, they'll have grooved lines on them.

Or you could pick up a bag of candy corn pumpkins for 75% off on the Halloween candy aisle.... Just sayin' icon_lol.gif
