Freezing Cake Balls??????????/

I would like to make "ahead" cake pops/balls.... after I add the icing to the cake mixture and roll the balls... can I freeze them in a container and if so for how long.....I was think they would not be frozen for longer than 3 weeks.... thank youicon_smile.gif

They should be fine for 3 weeks as long as you wrap them really well. Just be sure and let them thaw before dipping or they'll crack.

yes - wrap tight in plastic wrap, then in foil, then store in container. Been there, done that, they'll be fine!
