hi been making cupcakes for a while now and mostly all the time, i get one or 2 of the cakes with the cases falling off them. i have eaten the cake and its fine so cant understand why this is happening. i have tried changing the cases with no sucess. anyone else had this problem.

I have been having this problem with my white cake recipe. I switched to a different recipe and no longer have the peeling issue. I still use my original recipe for round cake tiers, but the new recipe for cupcakes.
