Sheet pans I mean.
See I'm still new to buying all my pans I just finished getting 2 good round pan sets. After buying to wilton pan sets (both decorator preffered) and they were different thicknesses... odd.

But anywho what size sheet cake pan 9x12 or 9x13? 1 or 2?
For half sheets should I just get a half sheet pan or just just one quarter and put them together?

Thanks for your help. (The new pans are fat daddios btw, good yet crazy cheap)

Hello
IMO Unless you think your gonna be making alot of 1/4 sheet cakes I would buy just 1. With the half sheet I would buy the 1/2 sheet pan. Also it depends on the size of your oven.
