I am trying to speed things along (I have a lot of baking to do today) so I was wondering if I could put a 9" round vanilla wasc and a 9" choco wasc at the same time in the oven (next to each other.) I think I read somewhere that chocolate cakes take longer to bake (or maybe the other way around.) Thank you so much!

Sure you can. If one is baked before then other just remove it and let the other keep baking.
