Wondered if anyone has had problems melting The Wilton Halloween color candy meals. The black, spooky green and the Orange. They just don't seem to melt right.
There have been lots of threads recently about wilton candy melts being too thick to coat cake pops outcome is if you have parmount crystals these can be used to thin them down if not shortening will work like crisco.
I just used the black ones tonite but I did add a splash of vegetable oil to them. They were fine. I believe shortening will work also.
