Anyone Tried Now Egg White Protein For Smbc?

I've been searching for dried egg whites that do not have sodium lauryl sulfate in them and came across a protein supplement that is only dried egg whites. This could work, right?

Deb El's Just Whites is 100% dried egg whites. I am not sure if a supplement would work but curious to know what others say.
