Has anyone successfully used MMF as a poured fondant? Any tips would be appreciated! I am planning to dip a set of cupcakes to match the rolled fondant I have made for the main cake
I just tried this the other day and had a horrible failure because I added too much liquid. It didn't dry and ran right off the cupcakes and made a horrible mess.
I tried again and added only the tiniest bit of liquid after I heated the MMF and it worked much better!
