Hello fellow Cakers!
Just wondering if anyone knows of a cake decorator in the early - mid 20th century names R.W.C. Rock. He was referenced as the greatest cake decorator of his day by Hanneman and Marshall in "Cake Design and Decoration". Just curious. Google didn't return anything, so thought I would try here.
I cannot believe google has failed me. I can't find anything either. And that book? Holy cow, that's expensive!
Actually, could it be Ronnie Rock, royal icing specialist in the 50's? Try googling "Ronnie Rock" cake. There's quite a few results for him, and they all seem to say he was an expert at icing cakes.
Oh my gosh! Yes, you are right!! Thank you! Terribly sorry for not responding sooner, but had forgotten all about this post. Thank you!!!!!!!!
