What is the rule of thumb as to estimating how much luster dust you need for a cake? Need to make sure I have enough for a 4-tier cake.

Hmmm, thats a tough one! I would probably work it out at one per tier and then add a few for good measure. Always better to have to much than to run out at 1am when all the stores are closed! lol
