hello cc users,
I need some help, i have a special request for 3 different cream fillings for a wedding cake. i have found a few but not any good ones and was hoping you all could help.
1. key lime cream filling- special request for no jello lime flavoring
2. raspberry cream filling
3. pineapple cream filling
special request on all is no chunky fruits in any of them.
the bride wants to pick the 5 tier cake up the day before the wedding and i have not found ant recipes that dont require refrigeration. im hoping you can help me with this thanks
I agree - use buttercream OR Bettercreme and mix in fruit - puree, jam, or sleeved fillings. Boost the fruit flavor w/LorAnn flavorings......but be careful those are very strong so a drop or two is probably all you need.
