Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a new filling for chocolate cake. I normally use, ganache, peanut butter b.c, cookies and cream and chocolate carmel. We have a dinner party to attend, and I want to try something new.

What is you favorite chocolate combo?

Check out the Costco Mousse recipe...it's so easy and no fail. You can use any flavor inst pudding, use your imagination! I have filled cakes with white chocolate mousse, vanilla mousse, choc. mousse, strawberry mousse, pistachio mousse, banana mousse, butterscotch mousse, cookies n cream mousse...all delicious!

My vote would be for raspberry A close 2nd would be bavarian creme

2. Cream Cheese/Raspberry/Pecans

One of my customers just requested a custard and fresh strawberries filing for her chocolate cake. She said its really a crowd fav.
