im making a banana filled cake can i make it the night before would it be safe enough got the party early sunday morning wanted to have cake done saturday night due to using fondant

of course. You should always finish a cake the night before.

Forgot to ask about fillings. If your filling is perishable, you'll need to refrigerate the cake.

thanks finished the night before just had banana cream pie filling in the middle no bananas left it by an open window just in case its cold in jersey so it was fine
