How concentrated are the LorAnn Oils. Do you think 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of cheesecake flavor for 4 cups bc is enough or too much. I'm not sure I can really taste the flavor. Thanks!

I use a small dropper. Put in a few drops, stir, taste, repeat. Stop before you think the flavor is strong enough because it seems to develop more over time.

That's way to much. Use about 1/8 tsp. at first, taste, repeat the 1/8 tsp. if needed.

I just tried the cheesecake in a cake recipe and I didn't taste it at all. I think it depends on the flavor you're adding. Orange and lemon are really strong for me. So far champagne and cheesecake seem more subtle. But I agree...add a little at a timeicon_smile.gif
