Hi all icon_smile.gif I wasn't sure where to post this so I thought general might be my best bet.

Our schools have now all implemented the new rule that all treats have to be store/bakery bought, individually wrapped & have to have the nutritional facts on them. I have my normal bakery prices for things such as cookies, cupcakes & cake pops but I do not indiviually wrap them or do nutritional facts.

what would you charge extra to wrap them individually & list nutritional facts?

thanks SO MUCH!! I HATE this part of my bakery .... just do not like coming up with pricing icon_wink.gif

We don't charge extra to list nutrition facts (there's virtually no extra labor involved, just applying a printed label), but we do charge to wrap cookies individually.

Food allergies are especially prevalent among children so it's also important to indicate on the label whether the product contains nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, or soy, and if you process products with those allergens on shared equipment.

We charge 75 cents each to put cookies in a bag and tie it with ribbon.
