It's a cake leveler. Similar to the wilton one only 10x better (and 10x more expensive...). If you search for sunday you should be able to find it online...

It is an expensive product, but a very good one. I purchased the 20" one less than a year ago. My only regret is that it is just a little to big. I wished they had a 16" one. They do have a 12" one out now which is great for people who don't make very large cakes.

Agbay is a very good cake leveler..they have Junior 12" but I bought 20" (because I think maybe I "need"..in the future ). I'm newbie The biggest cake I made was 12x12...I level and torte by knife...The big reason I bought Agbay
