It's a cake leveler. Similar to the wilton one only 10x better (and 10x more expensive...). If you search for sunday you should be able to find it online...

I would say it's 100 times better at 10 X the priceicon_smile.gif I LOVE my Agbay.

It is an expensive product, but a very good one. I purchased the 20" one less than a year ago. My only regret is that it is just a little to big. I wished they had a 16" one. They do have a 12" one out now which is great for people who don't make very large cakes.

Agbay is a very good cake leveler..they have Junior 12" but I bought 20" (because I think maybe I "need" the future ). I'm newbie The biggest cake I made was 12x12...I level and torte by knife...The big reason I bought Agbay
