I'm currently trying to jump start my cake business, under the new Food Cottage Law, and I know that the first step is to register a fictitious business name, which is now I'm starting, but after this step, I'm lost again I'm so confused already. And about the fictitious name, should I register as an individual or as an LLC? Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it.
