Where Where Where do I begin... I would like to open an online business, baking out of a commercial kitchen......I dont have a clue where to start. Im in NYC.

I have an e-commerce site and it was a huge undertaking. I couldn't have done it without a designer. They also saved me money with suggestions on credit card processing. The first step is a business plan, but have the HD code of requirements in hand as you begin the process.

I'm not saying you can't do it yourself, but suggestions from a pro will be valuable if this is not your field of expertise.
