I'm looking for a recipe for marshmallows that I would be able to pipe with using a large tip. There are lots of recipes out there, but all of them are made to be put in a baking pan, and let to cool. Has anyone ever tried piping with these? Or is there a variation you can make to the recipe to make that possible?
