Have you heard of this? I'm printing logo's that are a red outlined name and white on inside of outlined area. It's printing with faint blue and pink smudges all around lettering. smudges get darker after a couple days while sitting on or off cookie. Is this familiar to anyone?

Thanks,Lisa

I would have to see the original image. It sounds like the picture may have some "noise" that it is printing.

That's what I thought. Then I tried a different "logo" that I have printed regularly with the red outline and white inside and it is also printing blue and pink smudges.

Thanks anyway.. It's always something...

What settings are you printing with and what printer are you using? What program are you printing in? Have you printed a nozzle check to verify all colors are printing?

I'm using kopykake program. I have done nozzle check. All is good there. I'm using default print settings as I usually do. I do plan on trying your system, I started setting it up and I did something wrong. thanks for your help.

Try setting the paper type to matte and see if that makes a difference.
