Hallo all

This is my first birthday cake for my grandaughter and I want to model a dog or 2 or maybe a cat to go on the top. Does anyone know where I can see some quite simple instructions and also should I use just sugarpaste or should I mix it with flower paste or Mexican paste?

I am going to 2nd the Lorraine tutorial. It is awesome and easy. There is a pic of two dogs that I made(in my photos) by following her tutorial. They were the first sculpted figures I made. They are a 50/50 fondant, gumpaste mixture.
