Hi fellow members-

I have a big challenge on my hands- I would really love to make a champagne colored buttercream--

I don't think I have time to order anything- but... maybe if you can suggest/recommend an ingrediant that will help- Also, I do not have an airbrush machine-

I do have a few things on hand- I have the
Wilton luster and pearl dusts
aztec gold (bronze really) from ck- I also have the pre-mixed gold from global-
2 small super pearls
chalks of many colors
red and black from americolor

not much right????

I have Michaels- AC Moore and Joannes minutes away- I also have a Restaurant Depot (not sure if that could help- ha)

Please --- any formulas would be greatly appreciated- (I'm terrible with colors, so detailed explanation, color names, etc would be great)

Thanks in advance

Mo

I have used a small amount of Wilton copper colored paste to get champagne color

Would this be champagne colour: http://cakecentral.com/gallery/2179104

If so, I added coffee to this buttercream and it was YUM!

You can use brown vanilla flavoring.

Just use the brown vanilla, possibly with the slightest touch of pink gel color. Use the end of a toothpick.

And then dust to get the "sparkle". I like that touch of pink suggestion!
