hi!! i have a question, what type of chocolate cake can i use to decorate with fondant?? and that really tastes like chocolate? I'm having trouble finding a recipe cuz all i do, once i put the decorations the cake isn't strong enough to resist it.

Hey, natz_ml, I'm in Cancún, too! Well, right now I'm in Mexico City, but I'll be back by Nov. 1st. I've used the chocolate WASC cake and it tastes really good. You can add a little bit of cocoa to the dry ingredients if you want a stronger chocolate flavor. I always crumbcoat my cakes in ganache, which in this case, accentuates the chocolate flavor. This cake holds up really well to carving and fondant.
