Sorry if I am repeating a prior post. I am thinking about trying my hand at modeling chocolate. I was wondering once I make pieces (flowers etc) how long are they good for ? Thanks

I do all my work with modeling chocolate and find it much easier and cheaper to work with than Fondant. As long as you keep your pieces in a sealed container they can last months.
