I Need Help

I have 8 dozen halloween cookies to do. I have been exerimenting with the mmf, but mine is so sweet and mushy that you can barley eat it. What am I doing wrong? Sorry I am new to this stuff.

MMF can be very sweet.I use a different brand of fondant here but the new formulation of Wilton fondant may be worth giving it a try.Use the 40% coupon at Michael's or Joanns..It may be worth the time and aggrevation!!

THank you for the information. May I ask what type of fondant do you use?

I use white decorrice (Fondant)which is from Dawn foods.It smells and tastes like cotton candy.You can only buy it wholesale when you own a business.
