Was sitting having coffee and came across this, didnt know if anyone might be interested in the videos and I had never seen a Cake Ball Roller!!!

My question is when she is making her cake balls, I notice she doesnt rush to cover her cake balls, and YET HER MELTED CANDY STAYS soft and workable....How is this? Mine always gets hard fast and I cant work with melted candy!!!! lol
