hi a customer wants a fresh cream filling with fruit and i was just woundering what do i crumb coat this cake in to attach the sugarpaste??

I don't work with fondant (sugar paste) but I would think you would crumbcoat the cake with buttercream. Most people I think do that before covering a cake with fondant.
