I have a sheetcake in oven. Used the new Betty Crocker French Vanilla Boxes. I messed up and put nine eggs in it instead of 12 for four boxes of mix. Do you still think it will be o.k.? Just calculated wrong. To much on my mind. Thanks for your help.

Wow! Maybe? I usually can't count and put in 1 to many, and that's fine, sorry! I guess you may have to taste a little part of it - then let us know! detective.gif

Came out of the oven and looks great. Nice and brown and rose well. Looks fien and smells good.

I'm sure it will be fine, I have made cakes with only 1 egg. Of course I was trying to do something else and it would always end up cake..ie.
