Hi Guys:

What's the best fondant mat to use? Or is simply rolling it out on the counter top okay to do?

Thanks.

I just recently got Sweetwise's Mat (found it at a local shop) and absolutely love it. Being fairly new to fondant I always had problems with the fondant tearing as I put it on the cake. But no such issue using the mat.[/url]

I bought a mat from ebay and love it, I find it so much easier and stops my fondant from drying out from dusting with corn starch. icon_smile.gif
