I'm doing my aunts ruby wedding anniversary cake. I decided to buy ivory regalice to cover it to go with ivory roses dusted with ruby lustre dust. I would like to pipe either little dots or something on the cake so it doesnt look plain, but ive realised RI is white.

How do i get the RI ivory colour?

wilton makes ivory gel paste. Use a toothpick to add the color a little at a time because RI takes color intensely

You could use normal vanilla extract instead of no-color and it will be ivory. Just be careful it doesn't get too dark. Today I made ivory fondant using a bit of chocolate added to white.

Thanks so much, the wilton gel sounds great but i wont have time to order any (cake needs to be done for tomorrow) but i'll order it for future.

Oh wow never even thought of adding vanilla extract, i'll give it a go.
