I need to buy a giant cupcake mold for an upcoming order. I can get a larger mold for cheaper if I get a silicone one (Big Top), but I've never really baked with silicone before, so I don't know whether to spring for the more expensive, yet smaller Eddington tin (I can't stand Wilton, so I refuse to buy their cupcake pan!).
