Hi guys! Im making a cake for my coworkers entertaiment company and i was wondering if any of you know how to make a Microphone and Flames that i could put on the cake? the Microphone is going to go on the top (Its a half Sheet cake) and the flames would go around the sides of the cake.

Fondant/gumpaste mix or fondant covered rice crispies

If you have a small Ball pan, you could even make the microphone cake

I made a microphone our of cake once, the head was a small ball pan, the body a rollcake carved womewaht (slimmer towards the bottom). I airbrished it for colour. It all depends, how large you want the topper to be. If it's small, fondant/gunpaste, if it's a bit larger, i would use rice crispies. If for a sheetcake, the microphone should be quite large, the if possible I would make it out of cake

The microphone cake is in my pictures, if you would like to take a look
