Hi guys, when i started doing cakes i used to buy the betty crocker ready made BC until i learnt to do my own, anyway i have and found a recipe a like (icing sugar, unsalted butter and cream cheese) anyway i have been asked to make 40 cake pops for a tuesday and the lady wondered if they would last until the saturday.

When i made them before with the betty crocker BC the pops lasted ages but since using the cream cheese BC i'm not so sure.

What is the best recipe for BC that will last without being refridgerated?

I really dont want to have to buy the betty crocker BC again the choc fudge is ok but the vanilla i find really sickly.

Any advice would be grately appreciated.
