Hi everyone,

I've had someone I work with ask if I can help him find a recipe that his mum used to make him. She is no longer around so he can't just ask her.

It's not a sweet cake, it's a savoury pie. The way he described it sounded like it had a pastry crust and was then filled with gooey melted cheese and bechamel and then covered with a crusty cheese topping.

I've not come across this particular thing before - have any of you?
