I am struggling to keep shaped RKT on a dowel rod. They slide right down. Any suggestions on how I can keep them affixed at the top of the rod?

Try some melted white chocolate, that should do it. HTH

You could try flipping it upside down and sticking it in the fridge until it is firm. icon_smile.gif

Do you crush your Rice krispies and not add butter? That helps them stick better too.

I've used chocolate and frozen them previously. I will have to try crushing the rice krispies and not using butter. Thanks for the ideas!

I crushed mine recently and they did good but I think next time I will measure the rice krispies BEFORE I crush them. Mine ended up a little dry.

I always have to use more rice krispies or less marshmallows and less margarine than the original recipe calls for it to hold together well.
