Everytime I bake cupcake they either come out to big or to small. I how do I get the perfect size.
Hope someone could help I have used 3 different icecream scoopers and none are okay.
I was doing that too. I now use a 1/4 cup of batter leveled with no extras. Has been working great.
"Ice cream" scoop. They come in all sizes - check the restaurant supply store.
Pampered Chef large cookies scoop, it is about 3TBSP
