I was wondering how you portion your batter for cupcakes. I have a scoop, but it's a large one and I have to eyeball a half a scoop. I'd like something more consistent so they all come out the same size.
I usually use a 1/4 cup measuring scoop. I've also used a digital scale when I needed a more exact amount.
Scoops come in all sizes - check your local restaurant supply store. I use the yellow one for my cupcakes (colors are universal)
