I just bought a wide variety of LorAnn oils. I want to make several different flavors of cupcake filling. Is there an icing/filling recipe that would be best to use for this purpose? I'm considering using a buttercream recipe, but is there a "mousse type" recipe that would be a better option for what I'm trying to do? Anyone? Thanks in advance.
I also use LoAnns flavorings for my fillings. I think they are the best. I use a Swiss Meringue buttercream for my fillings. Not too sweet, and really takes on the flavor of the flavorings. Everyone loves my fillings too.
