I have a choc. Cake recipe that calls for choc. Extract but I'm unable to find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I could use as a substitute?

I was having similar trouble. But I recently found Watkins Chocolate Extract at Super Walmart in the grocery baking aisle of all places....

Why would you be surprised to find an extract used for baking in the baking aisle?? Wal-Mart just recently added several different Watkins extracts...in the baking aisle of course.

Not so much the baking aisle, but the fact that they were at Walmart but not the other grocery stores in the area....
