Hey everyone I have a question..I'm making a praline pecan filling for a cake & it calls for maple flavoring...Would that be the same as maple extract?? I'm having trouble finding it in my few stores around town. So if anyone has any suggestions on the product or maybe any other ideas to use instead if the maple i would really appreciate it THANKS!
You can use maple extract. I would probably start with 1/2 the amount that it calls for. Test taste it and add more if necessary.
