Hello everyone!
I am making this cake
http://cakecentral.com/recipes/18926/ferrero-rocher-cake/
And the person that posted it didn't mention what kind of cream for the filling. Is it heavy whipping cream or whipped cream? Any insights? Thanks! icon_smile.gif

I'm no help but would be interested in how it tastes once you have it done. Please post. Thanks!

The instruction says to whip the cream until stiff-- so I would definitely use whipping cream.

Yes, definetly use heavy whipping cream. It was referred to as whipped cream, because the heavy whippy cream had been whipped before adding the candies. I use powder sugar when i whip heavy whipping cream . after the peaks form then you add whatever you need to add. Just like when we all make the oreo cookies and cream filling. hth
