hi everyone i need to make a cake for this sunday but i only have free time to make it thurseday it is a simple chocolate sponge filled with buttericing and coverd in fondant no dairy apart from the butter in the icing will it keep till the sunday!!!

Do you need to do the entire cake tonight? I've baked cakes and wrapped and frozen a week in advance and they've tasted perfect. I have also made a complete fondant cake on a wed and placed in an air tight container, because I don't like to refridgerate my fondant cakes I think it makes the fondant hard, and the cake tasted great for over a week after that! I always do my cakes 2 days at least in advance just in case something goes wrong. I think you'll be fine! Good luck!
